What can I say? I'm a food and kitchen geek. I love building people's confidence in the kitchen.  Confidence comes from learning to make amazing, healthy food that is both tasty and quick. My goal is to help people become kitchen champions, even if their kitchen is too small to host a soccer game. Both the recipes and videos model simple cooking skills that make nutritious, delicious, plant-based meals in less time that it takes to get take-out.
