Juice the two limes into your blender. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. The formula is: liquids on the bottom, powders in the middle, solids on the top.
Blend on high speed for 45 seconds.
Pour into a serving container.

This is one of our many “multi-use sauces.” It works as a salad dressing, a burrito sauce, or a chip dip. Let your imagination be your guide. Note: This recipe has been revised. Chef Leander removed the powdered mustard to give it a brighter flavor and make it more versatile.
