Vegan Cashew Cream
- ¾ cup cashews (84 g)
- 1 cup water (250 ml)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- SUPER EASY! Put the cashews in a blender and add 1 cup of fresh cold water. Blend on low speed for 15 seconds, then increase to high speed for an additional 45 seconds.
- FOR BEST RESULTS measure ingredients on your gram scale. When you portion ingredients by weight, you will achieve the most consistent texture.
- For a delicious beverage creamer: add 1 TBSP of coconut sugar before blending.
