Vegan Nut Cream
- 1 cup cashews (cover with boiling water, and let sit for one hour)
- 1 cup water (adjust your amount to create the thickness/texture you prefer.)
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
- SUPER EASY! Drain the cashews and rinse well. Put the cashews in a blender and add 1 cup of fresh cold water. Blend for 1 minute. Voila!
