Turmeric together with cracked black pepper is a nutritarian classic combination to help reduce inflammation. For me, this is a classic combination to sip while huddled up by the fireplace with a blanket and a good book!
Golden Milk Latte (Anti-Inflammatory)
Only 5 ingredients (and less than 5 minutes) are required to make this delicious mix. When you’re ready, stir a tablespoon of the mix into some warm nut milk and stir. While you’re at it, you might want to double or triple the recipe so you can give this away as a holiday gift. One recipe fits nicely in an 8-ounce mason jar, and the bright orange color is a real knockout!

Notes
CHEF SHORT HAND:
SLURRY is the technique of dissolving a small amount of dry ingredient in a bit of cold liquid to work out the lumps before adding the hot liquid. The perfect way to avoid lumpy hot cacao.
