- 2 TBSP toasted sesame oil, optional
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground tumeric

Notes
Good on pasta, potatoes, or vegetables. I have also been known to eat it straight out of the refrigerator with a spoon! And, of course, great in our Almost Instant Pad Thai.

A pint jar holds 2 cups, or 32 ounces. Yea, High School was a long time ago, so I tend to keep those calculations nearby. Now I'm more likely to ask Siri! LOL
SHOPPING TIP: Check to see if your grocery store offers freshly ground peanut butter. I discovered at my store that fresh ground peanut butter (no sugar, no salt, no preservatives!) is almost half the cost of the packaged peanut butter. Check it out!
