- ⅓ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 TBSP flaxseed meal
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP hemp hearts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
- 1 banana, or frozen fruit
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a serving bowl.
- Add vanilla and half the almond milk.
- Microwave 1 minute and 20 seconds.
- Add remaining milk and sliced banana. Serve.
